The Lessons From 'Sex and The City'

Dear Readers,

Do not know how this topic would emerge from this blogger head. In fact call it the every girls' instinct to relate movies with the current reality. Apart from that, while watching the movie it got this blogger thinking. A knight in shining armor, this blogger once imagined would one day sweep off the feet......................Fat chance, as this is just only the beginning but have not realized in the reality of marriage whereby the union of two individuals with different minds, characters as well as in the belief systems.

In the 'Sex and The City' series and movie which was currently released in the cinemas nationwide........................I could not help noticing that a marriage would either ruin or better with the number of years ahead. Both individuals need to work to maintain a good marriage and it is not a game for some people who have tons of money to spend on it. Anyway, during the blogger younger days it was basically based on romantic novels or movies that keep this blogger sane.

Other than that, as girls we would usually have our girls' talks on fantasies, novels, movies and other things. We gossip or search for the current juicy bits of one another lifes. It is our behaviours as any woman or women. Just like men who also have their usual dosage to stay inside the cave. It is a matter of time that each individual would eventually come to their senses on what they would want in their LIFES.

Now, currently on leave from the non-profit organization.................Looks like there is not much activities to keep this blogger occupy the 'suddenly empty time slots'. It is quite an adjustments to the new adjustment than the usual hectic lifestyles that this blogger seem to enjoy to be occupied. In fact, quite thankful for the break as it would rest this blogger brain, spiritually, psychologically as well as physically and emotionally. Neither would this blogger reveal private and confidentiality of one's private and intimate moments in LIFE.

Sometimes, one would need more than 'me' time daily or 'friends' time. Even handphone calls would need to be limited time. There's no way ones' LIFE to be controlled from every aspect of advance technology with the sacrifice of one's LIFE. While in the 'Sex and The City' there are mainly on two Ls' there are : LOVE and LABELS. During the blogger time, same as the younger Carrie Bradshaw in the series or movie searching for LOVE. However, LABELS have never been a priority. It is way too EXPENSIVE to be maintained one's lifestyles. It actually depends on the individuals' priorities.
